Job and Life Skills Core Program:

Long-lasting benefits

The heart of The Mosaic is our Job and Life Skills Core Program. This 12-week program is offered twice a year, in the spring and in the fall. Highlights include:


  • Bible Study
  • Computer Training
  • Keyboarding
  • Career Guidance
  • Interview Skills
  • Resume Writing
  • Communication Skills and Team Building
  • Setting Needed Boundaries
  • Making Healthy Decisions
  • Money Management and Budgeting
  • Health and Wellness, including Mental Health
  • Parenting Skills
  • GED and College Prep 
  • Certificates earned: CPR, Food Handlers, Jobs for Life, Parenting
  • English as a Second Language (ESL)  -  Offered on an “as-needed” basis

HONORING OUR GRADUATES


After graduating from our Core Program, our graduates enter the Graduate Care Program. This includes annual graduate events, being added to a private Mosaic Center Graduate Group online and notification of job opportunities.
